About Hearing Loss Association of America, Washington State Association
Do you know someone with a hearing loss — maybe even you? Do you need help in learning how to deal with difficult hearing situations? Do you want to learn about the latest advances in hearing aids and other hearing technologies? Would you like to help others with hearing loss?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we have the information you need. The Hearing Loss Association of America, Washington State Association (HLAA-WA) is a statewide organization of people concerned about hearing loss. We advocate for communication access, we support people with hearing loss, and we educate the public. We represent the needs of hard of hearing people at the state government level and interface with other organizations working to assist people with hearing loss.
Joining HLAA-WA is easy! Members of our national affiliate, the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), are automatically members of HLAA-WA! National members can vote in HLAA-WA board elections, run for HLAA-WA board positions and participate on HLAA-WA committees.
Join us in making hearing loss an issue of national concern.
